Punchbowl News acquires leading public affairs data company

To our Punchbowl News community,

We have exciting news! As the New York Times reported this morning, we’re thrilled to share two announcements with you.

Punchbowl News is acquiring Electo Analytics, a leading public affairs data company. Electo Analytics provides essential data to analyze the politics of legislating, including congressional directories, AI-powered, real-time policy tracking and more. With Electo Analytics, we will add a new layer of must-have information and features to the Punchbowl News platform – all designed with our audience in mind. We will continue to build out this platform with our community in mind.

Both Electo Analytics founders, Naeim Khanjani and Soraya Bagheri, are joining the Punchbowl News team to lead the platform’s integration, launch new features and drive memberships. We are thrilled to have them on board as we take Punchbowl News to the next level.

You can join the waitlist here.

We’re also excited to announce that Punchbowl News is launching our first policy-based membership platform focusing on financial services. We launched The Vault last spring with the hiring of Brendan Pedersen. Since May, we have been relentlessly focused on connecting and explaining Washington to Wall Street. With a dedicated editor and two reporters, “Premium Policy: The Vault“ will take its members inside the corridors of power with weekly coverage, quarterly briefings, exclusive interviews and more. The Vault membership will bring breaking news and actionable insights to its community of influencers.

Learn more and become a member of The Vault today.

We set out three years ago to bring you indispensable information from the Capitol dome and beyond. We are confident that these two initiatives will continue to raise the bar for Punchbowl News.

Thank you for being part of our community. We couldn’t do it without you.
