The US economy looks shaky right now

The most closely watched inflation gauge came in hotter than expected for February, the latest sign of troubling news for President Donald Trump on the economic front.

Trump has imposed new 25% tariffs on imported cars and light trucks. These are expected to drive auto prices up by thousands of dollars per vehicle, although Trump warned U.S. automakers on Thursday night not to do so.
