A number of lawmakers are expected to meet Friday with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as the embattled leader returns to Washington to sign a critical minerals deal with the United States.
Details of the agreement are still being finalized, but Zelensky is seeking security guarantees in exchange for a financial stake in his country’s critical minerals. Zelensky will be at the White House Friday with President Donald Trump.
