Like everything in this Congress, there’s a deep split among members on Rep. Matt Gaetz’s (R-Fla.) push to oust Speaker Kevin McCarthy.
We reported in our AM edition that 20 or more House Republicans could ultimately end up backing a motion to vacate, but the situation is very fluid and even McCarthy’s GOP detractors aren’t on the same page.
