Senate Finance Committee Chair Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) said a bipartisan deal addressing pharmacy benefit managers will be one of the panel’s next focal points.
In a brief interview Monday night, Crapo said a version of PBM legislation would be a top option for negotiations over a potential year-end package. That would be a major bipartisan win for lawmakers who’ve been fighting for years to enact PBM changes, but have suffered several setbacks.
