Speaker Mike Johnson said House Republicans likely cannot repeal Obamacare, as internal Republican talk heats up about just what the GOP would change about the nation’s health care system.
During remarks on Day 13 of the shutdown – a federal holiday in a quiet Capitol – Johnson said that the “Republican Party is the party that has plans to fix” Obamacare.
