On Tuesday, Sens. Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.), Mazie Hirono (D-Hawaii), Ben Ray Luján (D-N.M.) and John Fetterman (D-Pa.) became the latest Democrats to announce support for Schatz, joining Sens. Cory Booker (D-N.J.), Jacky Rosen (D-Nev.), Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) and Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.).

Warnock said Schatz “has been an effective leader within the Democratic caucus” and “will continue his work unifying our caucus and advancing our shared priorities.”
