Thune teases new shutdown strategy

The vibes are pretty rough in the Senate.

But first, another strategy shift from Senate Majority Leader John Thune is being set into motion.

Thune said Thursday that the Senate will vote next week on a bill to pay federal workers who have been forced to work without pay during the shutdown. This would include members of the military.
