Blackburn floats Google lawsuits

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) said Tuesday conservatives should consider suing technology companies if they believe their reputations have been harmed by their AI products due to political bias, an issue that has become personal for the senator.

Last week, Blackburn accused Google’s Gemma developer tool of producing “defamatory and patently false material” about her.

“There is an opportunity for conservatives to push back through the courts,” Blackburn told us.
