A clock may already be ticking that could affect which tech bills get priority this Congress.

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), who’s been a force behind multiple major tech proposals, is seriously weighing a run for governor. Her potential exit could mean these initiatives lose a key Republican champion. It also may give her incentive to make a final push to move these bills to impress voters back home.

We asked Blackburn how she’d plan to rank some of her main initiatives.
