Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said Tuesday that Republicans won’t accept a comprehensive $105 billion national-security funding package without a “serious” fix for the U.S.-Mexico border.

As we’ve noted before, Republicans have leverage to force some of their priorities into the overall package: the 60-vote threshold.
