STRESA, Italy – Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen issued another warning to the Israeli government at a G7 press conference Thursday, saying a threat to cut Palestinian banks from the Israeli banking system risked worsening the “dire economic conditions in both Gaza and the West Bank.”
