Democrat Donald Payne Jr. passes away at 65

Rep. Donald Payne Jr. (D-N.J.) died on Wednesday at the age of 65 following a heart attack earlier this month. Payne served in the House since 2012 and was the son of longtime former Rep. Donald Payne Sr. (D-N.J.).
