Lawmakers express shock at intel failure, brutality of Hamas’ Israel attacks

House members emerged from a classified briefing on the war in Israel today, astonished and troubled by what they described as a massive intelligence failure that led to Hamas’ terror attacks that have killed more than 1,000 Israelis.
