2024 is likely McConnell’s last year as Senate GOP leader, K Street says

More than two-thirds of K Street leaders think Mitch McConnell’s lengthy tenure as Senate GOP leader will end after this year, according to our latest survey. McConnell has held the position since 2007, making him the longest-serving party leader in Senate history.
