Risch signals opposition to Jack Lew but may not throw up roadblocks

Sen. Jim Risch of Idaho, the top Republican on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, indicated Wednesday he’ll oppose Jack Lew’s nomination to serve as U.S. ambassador to Israel.
