Senate Republicans’ reconciliation plans took a huge hit this morning when the parliamentarian knocked out a crucial Medicaid cut.
The ruling by Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough threw the GOP timetable into flux and created yet another problem for Republican leaders as they rush to get the reconciliation bill done by next Friday.
