President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping have secured the “approval of the TikTok deal,” according to a Trump post on Truth Social.

Trump offered no further details other than that he “appreciate[d]” the deal. The announcement suggests TikTok will continue operating in the United States, although there are still many questions over whether this agreement will comply with a bipartisan law enacted last year.
