Graham and Sinema spar as Senate waits

The Senate is in a holding pattern right now. The next vote on the $95 billion foreign aid package won’t be until 7:00 p.m. Friday because Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) isn’t yielding back any time. Paul told us he’d relent “when hell freezes over.”

So we’re in for the long haul in the Capitol this weekend.
