We’re going to focus this afternoon on Washington’s response to the second attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump.
Federal prosecutors formally charged Ryan Wesley Routh, the alleged attempted assassin, this morning in federal court in West Palm Beach, Fla. Routh faces two federal charges right now: possession of a firearm as a convicted felon and possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number. Routh said he had no savings and earns $3,000 each month, according to the AP.
