President Joe Biden is running a 60-second ad which features photos of him meeting with the late President Ronald Reagan, the late former Secretary of State Colin Powell, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and the late former Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.). The ad also features an image of Speaker Kevin McCarthy clapping during Biden’s State of the Union speech.
