Hertel on UAW, Biden and normalcy

We caught up with former state Sen. Curtis Hertel, the party favorite to replace Rep. Elissa Slotkin (D-Mich.). Slotkin is leaving the swing seat for a Senate run. We wanted to get Hertel’s take on the race.
