Va. Democrats look to redraw congressional map

News: Virginia Democrats are plotting a last-minute attempt to redraw their congressional map before the 2026 elections.

This is huge news in the redistricting wars, and it could net Democrats up to three seats in the state. They must go through a tricky legislative process in Richmond on a tight timeline with basically no room for error. But there is buy-in from Democratic leaders in the state legislature, according to multiple sources close to the process.
