Leading Senate Republicans insist regime change hasn’t happened in Venezuela — yet.

The United States’ stunning capture and detention of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro over the weekend has been described by GOP lawmakers in a lot of ways: “decisive,” “incredibly complex,” and “this hemisphere’s equivalent to the fall of the Berlin Wall.”
