Breaking overseas: Iran has fired missiles at U.S. bases in Qatar and Iraq.
Axios’ Barak Ravid reported, based on Israeli officials, that Iran launched 10 missiles toward Qatar and one toward Iraq. Explosions were visible in the skies above Qatar.
Qatar is home to Al Udeid Air Base, the largest U.S. installation in the Middle East. Airspace above Al Udeid has been closed for much of today. The U.S. Embassy in Doha also recommended that “American citizens shelter in place until further notice.”
