The House is poised to end a five-month-long lapse of two small business programs that are critical pillars of the Pentagon’s innovation ecosystem.
But it doesn’t look like that action will happen until mid-March, at the earliest.
The Senate Tuesday night approved a bipartisan bill to renew the Small Business Innovation Research program and the complementary Small Business Technology Transfer program for five years.
