A group of Democratic lawmakers called on Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Director Rohit Chopra to finalize the agency’s crackdown on banks’ overdraft practices this afternoon.
Led by Sens. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) and Cory Booker (D-N.J.), the Democrats asked Chopra to “act with urgency to finalize this rule.”
