The Vault: Credit card, airline hearing still in limbo, Durbin says

A postponed hearing from the Senate Judiciary Committee to scrutinize competition in credit card markets remains in limbo, according to Chair Dick Durbin (D-Ill.).

We’ve checked in with Durbin a couple of times this month on the delayed hearing, originally slated for April, which would have hauled in top executives from Visa, Mastercard, American Airlines and United Airlines.
