French Hill hasn’t shifted on Durbin-Marshall

The new Republican chair of the House Financial Services Committee hasn’t changed his mind about legislation from Sens. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) and Roger Marshall (R-Kan.) to reform credit card markets.

We caught up with Chair French Hill (R-Ark.) this week and asked whether anything had changed in his thinking with the Credit Card Competition Act. Hill remains opposed to the bill.
