What Bernie Moreno wants out of Banking

Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio) is excited about the Senate Banking Committee. We spoke with him shortly after the Ohio Republican was sworn in about his priorities for the panel this year.

We wrote this weekend that we’re closely monitoring Moreno’s time on the committee due to his ties to and experience with the crypto sector. That wasn’t his first priority when we checked in – but it’s definitely on the list.
