Glimmers, but little else, for Congress’ stock trade ban

Does the 118th Congress have an appetite — or the time — to ban its members from trading stocks? Probably not.

But we checked in with some key lawmakers on the issue last week. What we heard was a mix of frustration and also hope, which could help the reform gain some momentum later this year or in the next session.
