Warren, Rosen and Hickenlooper ask Powell to cut rates

Democratic Sens. Elizabeth Warren (Mass.), Jacky Rosen (Nev.) and John Hickenlooper (Colo.) have a new letter, asking Federal Reserve Chair Jay Powell to cut interest rates.
