Warren, Rosen and Hickenlooper ask Powell to cut rates

Democratic Sens. Elizabeth Warren (Mass.), Jacky Rosen (Nev.) and John Hickenlooper (Colo.) have a new letter, asking Federal Reserve Chair Jay Powell to cut interest rates.

This isn’t the first time lawmakers have asked the Fed to consider rate cuts. But now, the lawmakers can point to interest rate cuts in Europe.
