Congressional negotiators are nearing a deal on a year-end health package to ride in the CR that could include a major overhaul for pharmacy benefit managers.
The health package is one of several of the remaining questions about the CR, which party leaders are expected to release over the weekend. Earlier this week, negotiators were shifting to a package of must-pass health extensions, but now a broader set of PBM provisions are in the mix.
