Two House Appropriations subcommittees moved FY2027 spending bills MilCon-VA and Financial Services and General Government for full committee consideration next week. The MilCon-VA bill, passed by voice vote, would provide a 3% boost over FY2026. FSGG passed on a party-line vote and would be 3.8% cut from FY2026.
