Today’s the day for government funding – kind of

House Republicans have scheduled a 5:40 p.m. vote today on Speaker Mike Johnson’s six-month funding bill with the SAVE Act attached to it, the opening salvo in a government funding debate that’s quickly coming to a decision point.
