The House Budget Committee will not mark up its budget resolution this week, delaying the first step in the reconciliation process they plan to use to enact Trump’s agenda.
The House Republican leadership and GOP hardliners remain very far apart on spending cuts needed for the package, which would also include an extension and expansion of the 2017 tax cuts.
