Welcome back to the House of Representatives. We missed you.

The House is back in full swing this week, with committees holding hearings and conducting other business for the first time since September. Committee staff worked throughout the shutdown — without pay, we should add — to get their agendas ready for when the government reopened. And now, here we are.
