Forty-eight House Democrats voted for the Laken Riley Act, a bill that gives ICE more authority to detain criminally accused undocumented immigrants.

Sens. Gary Peters (D-Mich.) and John Fetterman (D-Pa.) have said they will vote for the bill, which could signal that it will clear the 60-vote threshold paving the way for passage in the Senate.
