House GOP leaders mull ICC bill following Israel, Hamas warrant applications

House Republican leadership is considering adding a bill to the schedule this week to hit back at the International Criminal Court after its chief prosecutor applied for arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israeli Defense Secretary Yoav Gallant tied to “war crimes and crimes against humanity.”
