Jeffries says Democrats may file ACA discharge petition

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries told reporters Monday that he is considering filing a discharge petition to force a vote on extending the Obamacare enhanced premium tax credits.

When asked for details on what a petition might look like, Jeffries said: “Stay tuned.”
