McMorris Rodgers retiring. Who is up next on E&C?

Washington Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, the chair of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, will retire, forgoing her last four years atop the powerful panel and robbing Speaker Mike Johnson of a critical ally.

McMorris Rodgers, who was elected in 2004, spent much of her tenure in the House in leadership positions.
