We have the list, as of this morning, of the top donors to the NRCC from outside leadership.

Let’s be clear. All of these lawmakers want something, which is why they are transferring cash from their campaign accounts to the party committee. Some of them want to be in leadership. Others want to be committee chairs. Some won’t say what they want, but they definitely want something. So let’s run it down.
