David Scott skips two candidate forums as Ag rivals circle

House Agriculture Committee Ranking Member David Scott (D-Ga.) skipped two candidate forums today even as he seeks another term atop the panel.

The Progressive Caucus and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus held the forums, which were attended by Reps. Jim Costa (D-Calif.) and Angie Craig (D-Minn.), who are challenging Scott.
