Watchdog: Troy Nehls may have improperly spent campaign funds for personal use

The Office of Congressional Ethics, the independent ethics watchdog, wants the House Ethics Committee to investigate whether Texas GOP Rep. Troy Nehls improperly funneled tens of thousands of dollars in campaign funds to companies he controlled.
