K Street and Hill aides are bearish on DOGE

K Street and senior Hill staffers see Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency as a net negative when it comes to making the federal government function better.

The bearish outlook in our special Canvass survey broke down along partisan lines and comes as President Donald Trump is formally organizing DOGE with a focus on the federal government’s use of tech.
