The exact timing remains unclear and will depend on whether Senate Democrats decide to yield back some of their debate time. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer vowed Democrats would offer “lots of amendments” but said Senate Majority Leader John Thune hadn’t presented a time agreement to kick off votes yet.
