News: NRSC Chair Tim Scott (R-S.C.) has promoted Chelsea DeCasper to be his next chief of staff, according to multiple sources familiar with the hiring.
DeCasper, who previously served as Scott’s deputy chief, is the sister of NRSC executive director Jennifer DeCasper. That means the South Carolina Republican has siblings leading his Senate office and the Senate GOP campaign arm that he chairs.
