Tech: Blumenthal’s plans for app store bill

Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) is hoping to reintroduce a measure to regulate Apple and Google’s mobile app stores this month.

“I'm hoping maybe we can move forward before Memorial Day,” Blumenthal told us about the Open App Markets Act, though he said the timing hasn’t been set.
