A measure to force sexually explicit websites to verify users’ ages is likely to make it into a forthcoming legislative package from the House Energy and Commerce Committee, according to two people familiar with the talks.

If included, the SCREEN Act would land in a bundle of proposals that aim to protect kids online, months after the Supreme Court gave the go-ahead to similar state laws for sexually explicit sites.
