Tech: Mast plans another export control markup

An export control bonanza is coming to the House next week. 

The House Foreign Affairs Committee will hold a markup on April 22 of nearly 20 bills tackling export restrictions on AI chips. The markup is the culmination of over a year of panel chair Brian Mast’s (R-Fla.) push to curb sales of American AI technology to China and other U.S. adversaries.
